Charles is one of the founding partners of ArrowPM and has over 20 years’ experience of helping clients to deliver complex change programmes. After 10 years at the start of his career with Accenture, he decided to go it alone. Over the following 10 years he worked independently supporting clients including Credit Suisse, UBS, The Bridge Academy School and NTL to deliver transformation programmes.
Charles particularly thrives on working with clients to turn around failing programmes. “I describe what I do in these situations as creating order from chaos and communicating it effectively. That in turns allows the clients to understand what is going on and makes it easier for them to make the correct decisions for the future success of the programmes”.
Outside of work his major passion is snow-boarding. Charles spent several winter seasons in Meribel France, doing a wide variety of jobs, including setting up a chain of internet cafes, becoming a qualified snowboard instructor and setting up and managing European Pubs Ltd, which owns Jacks bar and Evolution Restaurant, also in Meribel.
